An app in the BoxClaw store

Your inbox, handled. Your outreach, sent. You approve from your phone.

Mailstack is your mail and outreach department inside BoxClaw.

Two listings in the store — email marketing, and inbox triage. Same department, one toggle each.

What it does inside BoxClaw

The whole mail department, behind Troy.

You talk to Troy. Troy runs this. The guardrails are in the schema, not in a prompt a model can be talked out of.

Triage

What arrived, sorted by what it needs: a reply, a decision, or nothing. Troy reads the thread before deciding, and reports a message that tries to give it orders.

Drafts in your voice

Replies written the way you write — plain, first person, short. A draft is text on your screen until you say send.

Campaigns

Paced outreach that keeps its place across days, stops itself on a bad bounce rate, and cannot leave from the domain your receipts use.

Lists

Who you may write to, kept apart from who you may not. Suppression is global and one-way: an opt-out is forever, for every list.

Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC that pass, one-click unsubscribe where it is required, and a reputation that is watched rather than hoped for.

A real mailbox

Your own address on your own domain — sending, receiving, threads, attachments, search. Not a scope into somebody else's inbox.

How it runs

Unattended until the moment that matters.

Reading, sorting and drafting need nobody. Sending needs you — once, on the exact message.

  1. 01

Turn Mailstack on in the store

One toggle in BoxClaw. Your mailbox and your lists are there the next time you talk to Troy.

  2. 02

    Troy reads and drafts

The inbox is triaged, the replies are drafted, the campaign is queued — as your department would, unattended.

  3. 03

A send waits for your yes

Nothing leaves without an approval you made — from your phone, bound to the exact message. Change a word and it needs a new one.

  4. 04

    It goes

Sent, threaded, recorded. The reply that comes back lands on the same thread, and Troy picks it up from there.
